Truck shuts off when i turn wheel to the left

So i had a stalling problem. Changed the fuel filter. Spark plugs. Wires. mass air flow. New battery. And both 02s before the catalytic converter. Well on a good idle after the fix i noticed the if the wheel is turned the truck completely shuts off. Everything shuts off. But will start right back up no problem. Please help. I am stumped.
