Truck shuts off when I turn wheel to the left

So I had a stalling problem. Changed the fuel filter. Spark plugs. Wires. Mass air flow. New battery. And both 02s before the catalytic converter. Well on a good idle after the fix I noticed the if the wheel is turned the truck completely shuts off. Everything shuts off. But will start right back up no problem. Please help. I am stumped.
