Truck stalls

When the truck is in idle it stalls on me, I also have problems shifting due to this problem. I changed the EGR Valve Control Switch, and the Temperature sensor'. What else can it be.

This sounds like you have a vacuum leak which can happen at the throttle body, here are two guides that will help you get the problem fixed.
