Truck cranks over but nothing?

Well I did change out the fuel filter and just a week the fuel pump went out, so I replaced the fuel pump, but it doesn't turn on when you turn the key on. one thing is that the Theft light started to blink with the mileage starting to blink with it. so, I'm figuring if it's the fuses.

Does the engine crank over? Make sure the battery is in good shape. Also, reset the inertia switch here is the location which is at the passenger side kick panel. After that lets do a hard system reboot which you can do by checking out this guide.
