Truck got hot and shut off, will not start?

The truck got hot and shut off, and would not start again, I put new spark plugs and wires, new crank sensor and cam sensor, and two new coil packs. It gets fuel to injectors and has spark still not starting.

Will it run on starting fluid? Also, did you check the fuses? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the engine cranking over? That way I can tell if the engine is okay. You can upload it here with your response.

Will not run with starter fluid, and compression is good.
