Truck has to be jump started everyday

My truck runs fine, but when I park it for 8 hours or longer I have to jump start. It just recently started doing it everyday. It would only happen on the weekend when I wouldn't drive it for a day. Now it's happening daily.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

It sounds like either the battery is weak or there is a parasitic draw. I am going to supply a few links to help you do some basic testing. The first link shows ow the do a basic load test. Do this when the battery is good and will restart the engine.

Before doing anything, make sure the battery terminals are both clean and tight. I have seen conditions where the jumper cables would tighten the terminal enough to allow it to start.
