truck cranking but not starting (no lights on instrument panel)

hello good day, the problem that has been occurring on an Isuzu box truck is that the truck cranks but won't start. The instrument panel is not working but all other accessories are working lights, A/C, radio etc.

Hi,

Have you scanned the CAN to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes? CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, all the different modules/computers are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them. Here is a link showing how it's done:

Next, have you checked all fuses related to the instrument panel?
