Trouble starting car

Good day, When I try start the car it have to give it gas in order to get it to roll over and once I get it to roll over have to rev it a few more times for it to stay running otherwise it would sputter and eventually stall out. However, after a few revs the car runs well .any ideas about where to start diagnostics?

check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it pressure should be 41-47 psi. See link.
