The engine cranks for a good 2 to 3 minutes before finally starting?

Recently changed the radiator in my truck. Had to remove one of the transmission lines. It sat for a week or so but now when I go to crank it, it's hard to crank it. It just turns over and tries to crank for a good 2 to 3 minutes before finally starting. What could be causing this issue?

It sounds like the engine is hard starting which the most common problem is a weak fuel pump, but to be sure let's replace the fuel filter and go over this guide to learn more about the problem and how to fix it:

Here is the location of the fuel filter and how to change it out, check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. Also, I would clean the throttle body and IAC motor.
