Trouble codes P0113, P0137 and P0141?

The MIL is not on. Car gets lousy gas mileage (20-MPG at best) which implies the PCM may be operating on an open loop circuit. I put a code reader on it and got active codes of P0113 and P0137 and a pending code of P0141. So, what steps should I take to address these codes? Is there any one because that would account for these three trouble codes. Car starts easily and runs fine, it just gets lousy gas mileage.

P0113 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Circuit High Input:

P0137 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2):

P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2):

Here is the location of the sensors so you can check out the connections and if okay I would replace the sensors. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
