Trouble code 45

Replaced oxygen sensor, digital EGR new ECM. New injectors, new pigtail connectors on distributor and coil, new TPS. Drives fine if let sit in park a few minutes starts idling rough then flashes code 45. let it sit for a while drive around no problems come back let sit idling in park a couple minutes light comes back on.

Check your fuel pressure at idle and make sure it is not above 47 psi, cause the norm is 41-47 psi and if you have too much fuel pressure at idle, this might be causing the rich fuel mixture. If the fuel pressure is too high, check for a kink in a metal fuel line causing back pressure.
