Hi,

Are you able to turn the OD off to see if it shifts properly? Have you checked the transmission fluid and condition?

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-and-add-transmission-fluid

If the fluid is good, then we really should scan the computer for diagnostic trouble codes.

Here is a link that shows how to scan all modules:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/can-scan-controller-area-network-easy

If you are unable to do the scan, most parts stores will do a basic scan at no charge. It may point us in the right direction. I'm suggesting a scan because there are a few different things that can be causing this. Without a scan, it becomes a guessing game that can be expensive. I hope you understand.

Let me know your thoughts or questions.

Take care,

joe
