It does not pull hills and have to put in second gear?

When I drive the vehicle listed above it doesn't pull hills, and I have to put in second gear. Does not happen all the time. Took it to one place said needs new transmission than to another place said it was electrical?

It could be you have a catalytic converter that has fallen apart internal which can clog the outlet which will reduce engine power, here is a guide to help you see what other things can cause this issue:
