Transponder key replacement?

I lost my keys. Can I change the ignition lock cylinder to fix this? It does have immobilizer and transponder key.

Your best bet is to have a mobile locksmith come out to do the job/program the ignition key and transponder. It should cost about $250.00, it will cost you more to replace the ignition switch key and tumbler and then program them.
