Transmisson help

I went and picked up a car a few days ago and its drove 3 to 4 miles, hit a red light when it turned green i pushed the gas pedal and no where. So we pushed it to a empty lot. I should have checked the transmission fluid. It had none. I put 2 bottles in tried again still no. Left came back next day and the transmission fluid was on ground i believe its tje axle shaft seal which i think this picture is

Hello,

It sounds like the axle has popped out of the transmission which can cause the problem you are describing. Here is a guide that shows the CV axle replacement. Follow the steps when installing the axle to see if that is the problem which will make the transmission leak fluid as well. Diagram (below)
