Transmission whine.

When I put the car in neutral while idle the buzzing is consant. Where is that pulley located?

The idler pulley is right bellow the upper engine mount it's held on by a 13mm headed bolt. While the engine is off and cold remove the pulley put the bearing on the tip of your finger. Then spin the pulley. If the bearing is bad you should be able to feel the roughness in the bearing

Also the constant buzzing in neutral is normal as well.
