Suzuki recommends using Suzuki ATF 3317, which is the recommended automatic transmission fluid (ATF) for this model.

You can also use a high-quality Dexron VI or equivalent ATF.

The automatic transmission typically holds around 7.4 to 7.6 quarts (7.0 to 7.2 liters) when completely dry.

For a drain and refill, it usually takes about 4 to 4.5 quarts (3.8 to 4.3 liters).

If the transmission does not have dip stick it will have a plug on the side of the case or the plug in the bottom which is a level tube where the fluid gets pumped in and then drains out to the correct level.
