This can be many things, but firstly you need to get the oil level checked. do you see any signs of external leaks on our under the transmission? also, get a transmission scan don for any fault codes. any work that is required on this transmission will have to be done by a qualified tech, as they are very complex and you require many special tools to do even basic test.
