Not if the parts interchange is correct. It shows that 2003 and 2004 will work but that those are different than the earlier transmissions. It looks like there were also two transmissions used one a 4L30E made by GM and an Aisin automatic. About the only way to know for sure would be to look on your transmission to find the part number it has and compare that. I think the reason for the difference is due to a mid year change, so it's possible that an early 2003 might be different than a later 2003. The build date should be on the door tag, I would look at that and the part number and be sure what you have, then simply search that part number to see what shows up.
