Transmission Solenoid pack replacement would not even turn over?

Put a new transmission solenoid pack on and put it back together when I was done my van would not start or would not even turn over or crank all the lights was on the dashboard even one I never seen before which was a b under the the drive d it seem like my van was programmed over but it still wouldn’t start what do I do next

It sounds like you have a defective solenoid pack or it is not plugged in correctly, also there is a ground wire for the system on the left side of the transmission you need to check (G100). Also, with you foot on the brake, use one hand to have the key in the crank position and then run the gear selector through the gears to see if the starter motor engages. Here is a video to watch
