Loses power, stalls when shifting from third to fourth gear

When changing from third to fourth gear, car stalls, loses power and rpm's go up. As car slows, transmission shifts into fourth. Could it be a transmission solenoid and if so, where is it located? Can you send pictures?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a shaft speed sensor that is going out for the transmission but to be sure lets run the codes to see what comes up.
