When I'm taking off from being fully stopped and get to about 20 MPH, my car revs up loud and you can't give it any gas. I have to let up and it will kick back into gear, and I can gas it again. So, I'm finding myself having to gas it a lot when I'm starting off. Do you know what my problem is?

I would start by checking the transmission fluid. Here is how in the images below. Also, I have included a guide for you to go over to help see what's going on.

and

Check out the images below to show you how to check the fluid level of your transmission.

Fluid Types

Automatic Transaxle Fluid

Type .................... Hyundai Genuine ATF SP-III, Diamond ATF SP-III, SK ATF SP-III or other brands meeting the SP-III specification approved by Hyundai Motor Co.
Capacities

Automatic Transaxle Fluid

Capacity .................... 6.97 qt (6.6L)

I have also seen the input shaft speed sensor cause this issue as well. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find. Check #36 on the last image to see the fluid dipstick.
