Car is displaying codes p1860, p0758, p0753. Could this be a PCM problem?

Hi,

The codes are all related to the transmission. Also, they all have the same possible cause, too much voltage or no voltage when a solenoid is commanded on.

Since the three codes are tied to different transmission components, the first thing I would check is the ignition 1 fuse in the under-hood fuse box and the ignition 1 relay.

If you look at pic 1 below, I highlighted the one common issue with all codes. Pic 2 shows the fuse and relay I am referring to. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to and from the fuse. See link below.

Next, locate the relay I highlighted. Remove it, inspect the connection, and make sure there is no corrosion where it plugs in. Next, if there is another relay with the same part number, switch them to see if it makes a difference. If there isn't one, here is a link that explains how to test a relay:

As far as the PCM, at this point, I don't think that's the issue, but anything is possible.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
