Once i started the engine the shifter transmission didn't change to Drive and Manual, only moved on reverse.

Transmission shifter does not shift to drive and manual, vehicle only moves in reverse?

Okay, we need to check if the problem is internal to the transmission or the shifter, let's disconnect the transmission shift cable to see if you can move the shifter. This can help us tell which side the problem is on:
