transmission shift problem?

it will crank and run and will go into first gear but won't shift into any other gear.

This sounds like the TCM went out or the second gear shift solenoid is not working. We should run the codes to see what comes up.

Is the speedometer working? The TCM is under the dash on the driver's side. Please check out the images below to see the location.
