Transmission not shifting properly when cold

The transmission shifts properly when cold engine when the car is moved first time in the morning. After running for about three minutes the transmission drags before shifting. I changed the body valve of the gear, but the problem persists.

Hi,

When you indicate it drags, do you mean it has a delayed shift? Is there any slipping or rough shifts? Also, I need to clarify what you mean by valve body of the gear. Are you referring to the valve body itself?

Also, have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes that could be related? If you haven't, you may want to consider doing that. Here is a quick video showing how it's done.
