Transmission and rear differential service?

I have a 2021 GLA 45 AMG it’s due for a transmission service and rear differential fluid.

I believe the transmission has to be brought up to a certain temperature for the ATF liquid flow all over the transmission.

I was wondering if there was video or step by step PDF that could help to get the job done. I appreciate your assistance.
