Transmission problem

At first loss of mileage indicator while in speedway run (stop progressively to work ) then split in reverse and drive for some seconds then engage in D position and runs well .as execute all other speeds sequential and to the overdrive noise in transmission when stop at idling.

It sound like the gear range sensor is not working correctly. here is the location so you can replaced it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
