When the transmission is shifted into reverse, it wants to drive forward?

Okay, so, I replaced the 2334 shift solenoid in my automatic transmission. It was a very simple process put it back together refilled it with fluid. Now when I put the car in reverse, it wants to drive forward, and I cannot figure out why. Can you please help me?

Yep, the valve is stuck inside the valve body which is common when you change the shift solenoids because deburrs get dislodged and can float into the valve area causing the valves to stick, or you have defective or the wrong part installed. Here is how to remove the valve body so you can check the valve movement and clean it if necessary. Check out the images (below).
