Transmission not working properly

The other day was driving on the freeway about 75 MPH then all the sudden the car felt like it slammed on the brakes on its own and actually engine sounded like as if downshifted into first but it was in D4. It’s a automatic transmission after it happen hit the brakes then gas again then it went back to normal.
second time it has happened. Could it be the shift solenoid?

We should run the codes this guide can help, but it sounds like you have a fluid pressure sensor that is going out. here is the location in the diagrams below to help you fix it car:

Okay, so best bet is to replace both of them. I believe it has 2 top and bottom.
