2002 Lexus Es 300 Transmission Pins Disorder

Good afternoon, The vehicle's transmission had issues, it was replaced but during the replacement the connector of the transmission was broken which makes the pins disordered. I don't know if I can get a circuit diagram on it from the PCM to the Transmission and the PCM circuit diagram, someone has connected some wires that I understand not.

These are the wiring diagrams for the ECU to transmission circuits, and the pinouts at the ECU. I don't find a connector view for the transmission end but I'll keep looking and update this if I find one.

But can someone knows the transmission type like 5 speed or 8 speed transmission? I mean how many speed transmission is it?

Should be a 5 speed in that vintage. Good to hear it's running better.
