Was driving it and made a quick stop about 5 miles away and was fine. Drove another 6 miles and stopped and it was fine. Drove another 2 miles and the OD light started blinking and it started shifting funny. Then I had no reverse when I stopped again after another 2 miles. It drove home which was another 5 miles but was not shifting properly.

Hi,

Based on your description, it is likely related to an electrical component. I assume you checked the fluid level and condition, correct?

IF the fluid is clean and full, what I suggest is to have the computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. There are many different things that can be causing this. Without a code, it becomes a guessing game as to what needs checked. Is that something you could have done?

Let me know.

I have checked the fluid and level, condition and Level both good. Put a scan tool on it no codes. Never had no hard shifting or clunking either. Was driving very casual when it just started not shifting. Reverse has worked once since this all started.

Hi,

Do you have a scan too that can read transmission codes? The scan tools that most people own are only engine code readers.
