Transmission is not shifting out of first gear. Checked for transmission dtc codes and none are present. Fluid is clean with new filter. What could be the problem?

Good morning,

If there are no codes and you changed the fluid and filter, then it is mechanical.

It could be in the valve body not allowing the valves to move correctly. causing the issue.

The pressure control valve in the front pump is a common failure bey requires removal of the transmission to access and confirm.

Nothing simple here to help you. Sorry but you have an internal issue.
