Good evening,

The 721 code is for the output speed sensor circuit. It could be wiring but if it moved prior to you replacing the sensor, I doubt that it is it.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/automatic-transmission-problems

Are you sure you did not damage anything inside the transmission when you drilled it out?

I attached the flow chart for you for the code below.

okay, so from doing further research i found that the part store sold me a input sensor not a output, so basically i have a input sensor in where the output sensor belongs, would this cause drivability issues?

It will not cause it not to move, no.

Follow the flow chart and let me know what you find.

What exactly is the transmission doing? Is it not shifting, not shifting correctly, or some other issue?

Any time we have a transmission issue, we must start with checking the fluid.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-and-add-transmission-fluid

If the fluid is low, then we need to add proper amount of fluid and then retest this issue.

The P0134 - is an air fuel sensor (o2 sensor) bank 1 sensor 1
P2251 - rear o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1

The P0741 is for the torque converter clutch solenoid getting stuck off. Clearly this is going to be related, so I attached the testing below.

However, the P0721 is the one we need to chase. I am attaching this testing as well.

Here is a guide that will help with testing the wiring:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring

Please run through the info below and let us know what you find.

Thanks
