transmission is not responding then it was

Hello, this vehicle's transmission is not responding then it was, I monitored it on the scanner, looking at the "shift status" on the scanner as the vehicle is accelerating, it moved from first to second and to third. At the third, it refuses to shift from there even though the engine speed was more than 5,000 RPMs and the speedometer was more than 60 MPH. I scanned it but I couldn't find any codes on its memory. What could be the problem?

It sounds like one of the shift solenoids has stopped working. To be sure let's remove the pan and remove the solenoids to test them with 12 volt power and ground you should he a click when power is applied. this diagram and guide should help us:
