The transmission keeps overheating?

I'm having a few issues with my car. The transmission keeps overheating, the horn barely blows, my car will no longer reverse at all, and it takes forever to crank up.

It sounds like the battery is going bad but to be sure we need to run a CAN scan which is easy and if no codes come up replace the battery. Here is a guide and video to show you how. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.
