Having two very concerning issues after a recent transmission fluid change/flush at 57,000 miles

-After a cold start, while the vehicle is in drive, attempting to accelerate from a stop, the vehicle doesn't move, but the rpm's climb into the almost 4,000 range.

-Again after a cold start, while the vehicle is in drive, attempting to accelerate from a stop, the car will move, but the rpm's climb into the 3,500-4,000 range before a shift is made.

I have noticed car does not do these things after each cold start. The shop that did the servicing rechecked the transmission and did not find anything wrong. Fluid level, pressures, filter, and solenoid were all fine with no signs of any leakage. They did do an adaptive re-learn in an attempt to help get the proper shift points back. That re-learn has not helped so far. I am wondering what else it could possibly be?

If it is revving that high and the car doesn't accelerate, it sounds like the transmission is slipping. However, the idea that it started when the work was done makes me question a couple things. First, was the correct type fluid used? Second, was it power flushed or was the transmission pan removed, a new filter installed, and then a new pan gasket? Did they check for diagnostic trouble codes? Was this done at a Toyota dealership?

With the number of miles on the vehicle, the transmission couldn't have been too dirty. If you look on the receipt, did they list the type of fluid that was used?

Let me know.
