Transmission in limp mode?

Most of the time this will be the transmission control relay which is located at the fuse panel on the left side of the engine bay, or one of the fuses# M28, M33 o M15 have popped which or in the same fuse panel, I would swap the relay and check the fuses, here is a guide to help.
