Transmission still wont shift out of 2nd code P0750

Hi, here are the causes of a p0750:

P0750 DODGE Possible Causes

Low transmission fluid level
Dirty transmission fluid
Faulty Low Reverse solenoid valve
Low Reverse solenoid valve harness is open or shorted
Low Reverse solenoid valve circuit poor electrical connection

I would start with making sure you have 12v at the reverse solenoid and work backward from there.
