I have a banks power pack on engine. Is the transmission still controlled by the PCM, or is it changed to banks TCM?

Hi,
I need to know what was actually replaced. I tried finding a power pack on the Bank's site, but the only things that came up were mechanical components.
I don't believe it would change how the powertrain control module functions, but anything is possible. If you have a part number, that would be great. Also, please confirm the engine size. Did you mean 5.4L? See pic 1 below
