Transmission codes 4F84 and 4F97?

Son's car. Bought it from someone who maintained it well. No leaks at all, transmission fluid changed on time, shifts super smooth and on the dot. 4 months later son drove it home last night parked it, started it to go and she won't go reverse or drive, I also noticed putting it in drive gives me a N on cluster, so it isn't matching, no matter where you put it, it acts as neutral.
