Transmission/clutch started grinding?

I had the clutch replaced a while back and after it started grinding when trying to go in second and now it won't move while in gear. Would it be an internal transmission issue or worn clutch or possibly something else?

It sounds like the clutch disc has come apart or you have a broken CV axle. Chances are you have a clutch disc problem. I would remove the transmission to check the clutch disc and check the CV axles. Here is how to remove the transmission and clutch for inspection. Check out the images (below).
