Transmission change fluid I am told this is not a DIY job?

I'm told this is not a DIY job because you need special tools. This opinion comes from a Toyota dealer. And then I found out on YouTube they say it is not necessary. Although a pain in the neck, it can be done. What's your advice?

Yep, you can change the oil in the transmission though it is a little more difficult than a traditional car with a dipstick. Please go over this guide so you can see what I am talking about, and I have included instructions for your car in the images below.
