Right now, when the truck is not turned on, the shifter is in neutral and we are able to move through all the gears. In neutral (with vehicle not running), we can push the truck. When we put it in a gear (not running), we cannot push the truck. With the shifter in the neutral position, when the engine is started, the truck revs like it is in fourth gear. If we shift to first gear position, the engine will stall when the clutch pedal is released. (The ABS light is also on). We have replaced the clutch, the pilot bearing, master cylinder and slave cylinder. Any suggestions as to what the problem could be? We are completely out of ideas.

Sounds like a bad input shaft bearing in the transmission. Item 4 in the diagram. It's also possible it's one of the counter shaft bearings as those would cause the same symptoms. In neutral none of the gears are connected so the truck will roll and you can push it. When you put it in any gear and push the clutch in and try to push the truck everything in the trans needs to move all the way to the clutch disc.
The binding has to be inside the transmission.
