I just put a new transmission on my truck because it would only drive in reverse. Once replaced I still have the same problem it; only wants to go in reverse, but if I put in drive and rev real hard once I let off the gas it will jump forward a little bit. What is my problem?
Yes, it's used got it from pull-a-part. Don't know about the codes, can't check.

Okay, either the replacement is bad or it could be fluid.
Did you change the fluid and filter?
Is the check engine light on?

So I do not know about this one, but when the drive shaft was on the ground I rolled it and heard a little bit of a clunking noise. Could that be the problem?

No, that would not prevent it from going into forward.

Most likely internal in the transmission. It will have to be removed and torn down to find the failure.
