Transmission shifting hard

What are the most likely causes for my truck to start shifting hard?

Good morning.

Some possible issues.

1. Transmission fluid dirty and filter clogged.

2. TPS sensor voltage not correct giving wrong shift points.

3. Shift vales in the valve body sticking from dirt and debris.

4. Accumulator springs broken.

All these need to be checked.
