How to remove and reinstall the rear main seal?

I have my transmission out and I noticed black oil in the transmission bell housing it felt like 30 weight oil. I have not taken the clutch and fly will out, I know it's a rear main engine seal. How do I remove and reinstall the seal, do I need any special tools.

That is exactly what that is and you do not need any special tools.

Also, I attached the exploded view below for you to see the relation to your engine. They don't have a specific process in the manual for this but once you get the flywheel off, it will be pretty straight forward. Plus the guide above will take you through the rest.
