Neutral light was blinking on dashboard cluster panel, scan an p2721 code came up which is solenoid D issue on the transmission. Replaced completely new original Honda valve body, Neutral switch, valve body wire harness, filters and oil. After such Neutral light still blinking and code not clearing and also TCM not resetting. To note car running great all gear engaging properly no issues. Any help will be appreciated.

So, this is a circuit error which can mean there is a connection issue, or the transmission pressure pump had gone out which affects the circuit.

The P2721 code on your 2019 Honda City refers to a problem with the Pressure Control Solenoid "E" Electrical circuit.

Here is the wiring diagrams so confirm the connection is okay or needs repair.

This guide can help you with the testing:

Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with. It is a simple one wire connection to the TCM.

I went through the harness and oil pressure switch all seems to be okay. Any other ideas. I'm thinking may be an issue with the TCM.

Yes, it can be the TCM that is having an issue since you have checked anything else. Here is the location and how to change out the TCM. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
