While driving the car jumps to neutral and neutral light starts blinking. how do I fix this and where is the TCM located? How much does this problem cost to be fixed by a mechanic?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a shaft speed sensor that has gone out but to confirm lets run the codes. Here is a guide that will get you going in the right direction.
