Hi,
When you say tack reading, are you referring to the vehicle speed or the tachometer? Also, could you provide me with the diagnostic trouble codes that were retrieved? That will help me diagnose possible causes.

transmission computer couldn't find the tack scanner had vehicle speed and both input and output sensor were working code was p0725.

Hi,
It sounds like there is a short between the PCM and transmission. I attached diagnostics below. Take a look at them and let me know if it is something you are comfortable doing.
